National income left over after everything a country consumed, as a share of GDP. ⚠ THE RANGE IS EXTREME AND THAT IS NOT AN ERROR: readings run from about −129% to +373%. A large negative is an economy consuming far more than it earns, living on aid or remittances; a very large positive is usually a small economy with a resource windfall. ⚠ A structural share, not a score — the ordering is a reading convention, and it is out of the Country Index. ⚠ NEITHER END IS BETTER, so this indicator carries no good/bad colouring anywhere on the site and does not feed its topics’ rankings — it is charted on them, not scored by them. ⚠ These are not 47 published reports — see `restatedByReport`. ⚠ No rank is published.
