35 reference years (1991–2025), covering 168 to 177 countries, as published by the World Bank via its indicator API (SL.GDP.PCAP.EM.KD), converted at purchasing power parities. Labour productivity: how much a country’s economy produces for each person working in it, which is the closest thing there is to a ceiling on what its wages can be. ⚠ PER WORKER, NOT PER HOUR. A country whose people work far longer weeks will look more productive here than it is, which is why the ILO publishes an output-per-hour series separately. ⚠ It is also not the same question as GDP per capita, already on the site: this divides by the people working, that one divides by everybody. ⚠ No rank is published, so none is stored or derived.
