The share of everyone aged 15 and over who is in work. ⚠ IT ANSWERS WHAT THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE CANNOT: unemployment counts only people actively seeking work, so a country where people have given up looking can post a flattering unemployment rate while very few of its adults have jobs.
