14 editions, 2012 to 2025, imported from Transparency International's own results spreadsheet — one file carrying every edition. Each edition is named for the year it measures and is published the following February. ⚠ The series starts at 2012 on the publisher's own instruction: TI has run a CPI since 1995, but rebuilt it in 2012 onto a 0–100 scale that is comparable year to year, and states that earlier scores were only ever comparable within a single year. TI publishes a rank column for 2017 onward only; the ranks for 2012–2016 are derived by ordering the score, a derivation verified to reproduce all 1,622 of TI's own published ranks exactly. The score is a perceptions measure built from 13 expert and business surveys, not a count of corruption — a country is only scored in a year at least three of those sources cover it, which is why the field ranges from 168 to 182 countries.
