30 years, 1995–2024 · 190 countries
ND-GAIN’s Vulnerability score measures how exposed a country is to climate change, how sensitive its food, water, health, ecosystems, housing and infrastructure are to it, and how little capacity it has to adapt — on a scale from 0 to 1, where higher is more vulnerable. It is one of the two halves of the ND-GAIN Country Index.
This site holds every year from 1995 to 2024, read from ND-GAIN’s own data and stored exactly as published.

Rounded by this site
Never. Tables on screen may show fewer decimals; the files never do.
Changed by this site
Reshaped into one row per country: regional and income-group totals are left out, only the columns listed are kept, each row gets its ISO 3166 code, and some country names are brought to one spelling. No value is recalculated, rescaled or rounded.
Imported from ND-GAIN’s own download, the vulnerability file only. The six sector scores and the underlying indicators are not republished; the latter are other agencies’ data. The ranks are those ND-GAIN prints on its own ranking page.
