Computers, telecoms equipment, electronic components and their parts as a share of everything a country sells abroad — a rough measure of how technologically sophisticated its export basket is. ⚠ IT IS A SHARE OF GOODS EXPORTS ONLY, so a country that exports mostly services can read low while running a large technology sector: Ireland and India are the obvious cases. ⚠ It also rewards assembly as much as invention — a country that screws together imported components scores like one that designed them. ⚠ These are not 25 published reports — see `restatedByReport`. ⚠ No rank is published.
