What happens to it
Your answers arrive as an email in our inbox, where a person reads every one. We do not reply to every note, but if you ask something, we answer at the address you gave. We do not add that address to any list — the Privacy Policy says how long we keep a message and how to ask us to delete it.
Found a figure that looks wrong? Say so here, or write to us through the contact page with the page, the country and the number. Every fix is recorded on the Corrections page, and changes the site makes are dated on Updates.
